on the right was me before i started working out and watching what i eat. i basically just ate whatever i liked, binge on food like there’s no tomorrow and just… being a sloth.
on the left was when i started working out and realising there is so much more than food and just being lazy. the outcome of it was so amazing! i ended up losing 10kg (22 pounds) and i love working out and going to the gym more than anything! so glad i managed to pick myself up to a healthier lifestyle. of course, i do have bad cheat days and days where i stuff any and everything in my face and i feel like total shit at the end of the day. but the key here is to not let that one bad moment/day spoil your whole regime and never have the “fuck it, i quit this shit” metality.
if i can do it, so can you and anyone else in the world!
never ever give up, and just keep going!
